9P3 Building relationships
How do you create and build relationships within your institution? How do you assure integration and communication across these relationships?
The strategic planning process creates relationships by developing strategies that integrate internal units of the college. An example would be Strategy 1.3 - Increase programs and services at extended campus sites. This strategy requires multiple units of the college to work together and communicate progress on the strategy.
The ELT, unit teams and AQIP improvement teams all work to create relationships between units by adding team members from other units. Minutes of team meetings are generally posted through e-mails.
