5I1. How do you improve your current processes and systems for leading and communicating?
The ELT is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the college is systematically engaged in improving processes and systems for leading and communicating. Units, teams and departments are tasked with utilizing the eight- step improvement process discussed in Category 7
As indicated in Question 5P6, feedback from key stakeholders (students, faculty, staff and administrators) is addressed in the college’s formal communication plan. The administration understands that effective and efficient communication systems are necessary in order for employees to engage in institutional advancement and continuous quality improvement.
