3I1. How do you improve your current processes and systems for understanding the needs of your key student and other stakeholder groups?
Process and system improvements are assigned to an AQIP improvement team or to a specific unit or department. Once assigned, the team or unit utilizes the college’s Process Implementation/Improvement Plan (PIIP) illustrated in Figure 7P1.1 to study the process or system, identify improvements to the process or system, and assess the improvements.
