3R3 Stakeholder satisfaction results
What are your results for stakeholder satisfaction with your performance?
In 2003 the college hired Sandra Golden & Associates, Inc. to design, conduct and analyze a community perception survey for the college. The company conducted 400 telephone interviews with the general public from the college’s service area. When asked to associate various factors with the college, the most commonly cited factor was the quality of instruction. In terms of overall perceptions, only eight people out of 400 gave the college a very bad or bad rating; 196 respondents (49 percent) gave the college a positive or very positive rating. If a respondent or family member had attended SFCC, the image of the college improved significantly. When asked to identify a unique characteristic of the college, the most common factors named were convenience of location and quality of education.
