Bradley Signs National Letter Of Intent
Sophomore forward Michael Bradley has signed a national Letter of Intent to attend Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Okla. He is the third Roadrunner to make his college plans official.
“He’s multidimensional,” said Roadrunner Head Coach Kevin Thomas. “He can guard players out on the perimeter, but he’s also strong enough to guard guys in the post. He’s capable of shooting the 15-to-18-foot jump shot. I expect him to make an immediate impact, give them some toughness, some rebounding, and provide some leadership for them.”
Bradley averaged 7.9 points per contest in his single season at SFCC. He pulled down a team-leading 5.8 rebounds per game last season.
“When I went on a visit everything went well,” said Bradley. “The coaches and players were pretty cool. They made me feel like I was already part of the team. That was one of the main reasons why I chose Southwestern Oklahoma.”
He plans to major in broadcasting with a minor in sports management.
Bradley helped lead the Roadrunners to a 15-15 record, including a victory over the nationally ranked Hutchinson Community College Blue Dragons. The victory was Bradley’s favorite moment from his time at SFCC.
