Davis played for head coach Shann Hart at IUPUI. Davis averaged 5.5 points per game and finished tied for second on the team in rebounds with 5.1 per game. Davis also led the team in blocked shots with 28, while playing all of the teams 29 games and starting 14.
Davis had an outstanding prep career at Parkway South High School where she played for head coach Thomas Williams. A four-year letter winner on the hardwood, Davis helped her team to the state championships in 2006 and 2007 and district championships in 2006, 2007 and 2009. Individually, she earned all-state honors once and all-conference honors three times. She also played in the Border War All-Star Game and the I-70 Showdown All-Star Game.
"I chose State Fair, because it's in a small community. It's a really close knit environment. That's something that I was looking for, as well as the athletic program,” said Davis.
“Ebony is very physical, can rebound and block shots. She adds a dimension of shot blocking and aggressive defense that we were missing last year. She will fit our style very well," said Lady Roadrunners Head Coach Kevin Bucher.
Davis also lettered in volleyball and track and field in high school. She is a Criminal Justice major with a GPA of around 3.5.
