The 10,000 square-foot Automotive Technology Building is located on the east side of campus and is bordered by Clarendon Road. There are two classrooms and one lab/class combination used for hands-on instruction and demonstrations. At each of the 14 bays, stationary and mobile equipment items are available for student use. The SFCC auto tech program, which is certified by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation, offers an Associate of Applied Science degree or a Professional Certificate. Students successfully completing this program can be certified in eight ASE areas.
