SFCC to present musical showcase May 4-5

SEDALIA—More than 40 students in State Fair Community College’s Music Arts program will present a musical showcase at 7:30 p.m. May 4-5 in the Stauffacher Theatre on the Sedalia campus.

The SFCC Jazz Band, Jazz Choir and Chamber Choir will perform a potpourri of musical styles from various eras, including jazz standards, contemporary hits, traditional choral music, and swing and gospel music.

Instructors are Kevin Holbert and Music Arts Program Coordinator Ron Sayer.

Tickets are $8 for the public and may be purchased online at www.sfccmo.edu/thearts. Tickets can also be purchased by calling the SFCC box office at (660) 530-5814, e-mailing tickets@sfccmo.edu or at the door. Admission for SFCC students, faculty and staff is free.

Wheelchair seating is available upon request one week before the concert.
