Communication is an essential part of doing business. People must interact on a variety of levels in a variety of roles. Your communication skills can and will impact the success of business or even personal transactions. Additionally, the way one interacts with other people will impact one's ability to communicate effectively. These classes are designed to help participants develop skills that are essential to effective communication and interpersonal skills.
