Need-Based SFCC Scholarships

This need-based scholarship is awarded through an application and committee selection process. To apply for this scholarship you will need to complete an SFCC Scholarship Application and write an essay describing why you need this scholarship. This essay should focus on the reasons you have a financial need above and beyond any financial assistance you may receive through federal, state, institutional, and/or private sources. This scholarship is for 1 year, (2 semesters). If selected for this scholarship the amount awarded is determined by taking the total tuition and fee charges minus all federal and state grants, minus any other scholarships. The remaining amount would be the amount of this scholarship up to the maximum amount of $792 per semester. Scholarship amounts will be reduced as any new federal and state grants or scholarships are awarded.
