State Fair Community College

Green Day in may 5K Run | Walk - May 3

Demonstrate your commitment to renewable energy sources on May 3, 2014 with State Fair Community College's Renewable Energy Technology students by running or walking our 5K course on the SFCC campus. You’ll see for yourself how we are making renewable energy!

At 11 a.m. on race day, join us in the Parkhurst Student Commons for Renewable Energy Assessment, seminar being presented by Ron Barrett, SFCC adjunct and president and chief engineer of American Solar Wind Energy LLC.

Proceeds benefit the SFCC Renewable Energy Technology Club.

The race at 8:30 a.m. begins and ends in front of the north entrance to the Yeater building. The course is outdoors on the SFCC Sedalia campus, mostly flat with some undulations.
